I grew up in England and moved to Chicago area in 1989 where I still reside with my wife Beth.
Punk rock was one of the emerging subcultures when I was a teenager. I lived in squats, was part of a youth housing group, worked in a record store and I volunteered at a community center. I did not know it then but those years were very important in setting the stage for how I show up in the world today. Themes that I value in my work today have their roots in those early days and were formed with the help of adults who challenged me to be my best self.
A spirit of collective collaboration.
Maintaining forward momentum.
Open to growing and increasing my impact on the world.
Finding a small but mighty support group.
Using my voice.
Creating my own maps.
You will find these reflected when I show up as your coach, facilitator or trainer.
